Senior Auditor

Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of audit experience in public accounting.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for planning and conducting financial statement audits for St. Louis privately held middle market companies.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary responsibility for the completion of compilation, review and audit engagements
  • Preparation of middle market company financial statements
  • Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and recommendations for client companies
  • Assess areas of fraud
  • Determine the effectiveness of internal controls and the potential impact of internal control deficiencies
  • Examine records to ensure proper recording and authorization of transactions, compliance with policies and applicable laws

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Customer service oriented with ability to interact at all levels of management
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong organization and detail orientation skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting required
  • CPA with two to five years of auditing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Understanding of audit and attest services
  • Knowledge of AICPA regulations, GAAP and GAAS
  • Microsoft Office proficiency on Excel and Word

SharePoint Developer

Inflexion LLC, is seeking an experienced individual to implement, develop and administer SharePoint environments. Qualified candidates should have minimum of 2 years experience with SharePoint development and have worked on implementing change within an organization.

This opportunity will allow you to use your skills in designing SharePoint custom solutions for Inflexion and our clients. As part of the SharePoint development team, you must have the ability to manage projects and oversee SharePoint implementations and provide end user and application support. This position reports directly to the IT Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Capable of performing SharePoint 2010 and MOSS 2007 installation, configuration, development, and administration functions
  • Experience determining end user requirements and designing SharePoint custom solutions to improve business processes and communication needs
  • Proficiency using SQL Analysis and Reporting Services
  • Proficiency using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio and InfoPath, this includes working with site definitions, templates, content types, page layouts, workflows, branding and web parts
  • Proficiency with customizing SharePoint and FAST search
  • Experience with .NET, C#, CSS, XML, XSLT, JavaScript
  • Ability to perform SharePoint review and assessment to assist in migration or maintenance efforts
  • Ability to document SharePoint application business requirements, define project scope and develop detail project plan
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum two years of development and/or consulting experience
  • Two years experience with SharePoint configurations, customizations, and implementation
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Understanding of project management practices
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and teamwork skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business, MIS, or a technical related field
  • Microsoft Certifications in SharePoint or Web Development a plus
