Mike is the director of the Tax Services Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He specializes in developing strategic plans for clients and in serving their tax and financial consulting needs. As an advisor to both individuals and privately-held businesses, Mike provides expertise in many accounting and consulting areas, particularly in the areas of estate planning and wealth transfer. He has substantial experience in consulting with clients in the manufacturing, real estate, construction and entertainment industries, as well as for the medical, legal and service professions. He is a frequent speaker on accounting and business-related topics. Mike joined AMD in 1986 and was admitted as partner in 1999.
